We specializing in R&D, production and sales of power semiconductor discrete devices ,such as bridge rectifiers、 diodes/triodes、schottky etc.... RULER is located in Xincheng Industrial Zone,Xinxing town,Yunfu city,Guangdong Province,Covering an area of 20 acres with an annual production capacity 180million pcs .
RULER products include: GBJ，GBU，GBL，GBP, GBPC, KBJ, KBP, KBU, KBL, DXT/DXB, GBJ-R(with resister) ,DIP and low vf,fast recovery series .
Our Products is widely used in new energy, industrial control,power supply,home appliances,Led lighting,safe-protection,consumer electronics etc...
RULER products has passed UL certification, UL NO. E303851, and comply with the latest EU ROHS and REACH directives . Our products achieved 19 National patents ,among them,RBU series and DXT series achieved National patent of Invention.
